Many organization follows these inefficient steps to recruit who is not at all excellent for the position you offered. So, while conducting an interview, references matters a lot, Afterall recruiters are also ‘Human Being’ and everyone is a little bit biased when it comes to hiring known ones. Hiring quickly with good quantity also leads to an inefficient hiring. Knowledge issue of the candidate, work behavior, loyalty towards a company, cultural analytics these are the common issue recruiter face while hiring.
I have also encountered these situations. I have hired one of my friends relative (Biased) without any HR rounds and then after completing 3 months, he left the job. From that day he is not in contact with any colleague. Why he withdrew from the organizations, from that day I was researching on that and finally, I got the tactics to engage the employees and boost them for better work.
While hiring has a close look on the
deficiencies of the candidate & consider carefully prior to hiring,
assessing the candidate properly would have significantly reduced the amount of
time and expenses of training and management. Hiring mistakes like this can be
